Account deletion
Request removal of your EasyOnline customer account and associated personal data.
How to request deletion
Send an email to easyonlineservices771@gmail.com from the email address registered on your account.
Include your registered name, mobile number, and the subject Account deletion request. We may contact you to verify ownership before processing the request.
What will be deleted
We will delete or anonymize your customer profile, login information, contact details, application answers, and uploaded documents associated with the account, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, payment, or service-record retention requirements.
Processing time
Requests are reviewed and processed within 30 days. Some records may be retained for the period required by law or to resolve an existing service, payment, or dispute.
